2 in-depth prenatal visits where we discuss the hormones of birth and what best facilitates a safe and physiological childbirth, your birth preferences, ways to prepare for something you can't really be prepared for, how I can best support you as your doula and much much more.
Unlimited phone, text, and email support leading up to the birth.
Local and online resources for your specific interests.
Continuous, uninterrupted support throughout labor, birth, and immediately postpartum.
Emotional support for you an your partner throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period.
Physical support for you and your partner throughout your birth, including but not limited too: massage, counter pressure, coping mechanisms, breath work, movement, food pickup, and position recommendations for easier and more effective labor.
Spiritual support for you and your partner, as not only is a baby birthed, but parents and a family.
Informational support for you and your partner throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Facillitation of communication between family & medical staff (should you choose to have your baby out-of-home or with a licensed home birth midwife).
Photos & video taken during labor and immediately after the birth if desired.
Contacting your friends and family once the baby is born.
Initial breast or bottle feeding assistance (and continued assistance as needed).
One postpartum visit to process your birth story and care for any needs that I can.
