Partnered Prenatal Yoga: This workshop provides you and your partner(s) with tools to connect even further, guiding you in preparing as best you can for birth. You will learn partnered yoga poses that provide support in labor, massage to relieve tension and bring forth greater oxytocin, breathing techniques, guided meditation, how to utilize verbal affirmation at the proper times, and when to breathe into sacred silence.
Prenatal Yoga: This class combines strength & fluidity, breath-work & body awareness, powerful stamina building poses, guided meditation, and deep restorative postures to help you prepare for the ebbs and flows of labor.
Postpartum Yoga: This class assists in healing for both your body in mind post-birth. You are guided as you feel into your new body, safely re-forming strength in you core, and legs, hips, and pelvis. In this class we stretch the upper back, chest, neck, and the side body, to release the tension gained from nursing and cuddling your baby. Pranayama and guided meditation are key in support postpartum, supporting your adrenal system during a time of questionable sleep and great responsibility.
